On December 1, Associate Professor of the Department of “Design and Engineering Graphics” Zhanakhmetov U.K. conducted an open class for second-year master’s students of the group M035-2121-24-01 in the discipline “Preparation and Defense of Project Documentation” on the topic “Defense of Project Documentation: Requirements and Practice.” In addition to the master’s students, the department’s faculty members also attended the open class.
During the session, Professor Zhanakhmetov U.K. provided a detailed overview of the main stages of developing project documentation and explained the standards of formatting, structure, and content requirements. Furthermore, the master’s students were introduced to effective methods for defending a project, the specifics of presenting to an audience, and approaches to justifying design decisions.
Throughout the class, practical tasks aimed at developing the students’ professional skills were carried out. The master’s students delivered short presentations on their ongoing projects and received feedback from the professor.
The class was organized at a high level, and all intended objectives were fully achieved.
