ENU students held a charity event for children

As part of the discipline «Humanitarian Crisis and Humanitarian Intervention», students of group IR-41 from the educational program «6B03102 – International Relations» implemented a charity project for the SOS Children’s Village Astana.

During the event, the students delivered sweets and essential items to the children, bringing them joy and attention. In addition, assistance was provided to an elderly woman in a difficult life situation: students delivered necessary medicines and food packages to support her.

The aim of the charity project is to support socially vulnerable groups, promote the values of humanism, compassion, and social responsibility among youth, and enhance the practical skills of international relations students in responding to humanitarian crises. This initiative contributed to the development of a volunteering culture, the practical understanding of peaceful and social mechanisms of humanitarian intervention, and the strengthening of students’ sense of responsible citizenship.
