
Educational Meeting «Honest Education - the Future of the Nation»

On December 19, 2025, a meaningful and informative meeting with students titled «Honest Education — the Future of the Nation» was held in the university’s main building. The event was marked by a high level of student engagement and active participation.
The meeting was organized by Associate Professors of the Department of Practical Kazakh Language, Faculty of Philology, M.N. Zhumadilova and S.E. Karibayeva. The main objective of the event was to widely promote the principles of integrity in the education system, to shape students’ civic responsibility, and to foster an anti-corruption culture among young people.
The specially invited guest of the meeting was Didar Smagulov, a public figure, a well-known expert in the field of anti-corruption, and the Executive Director of the «Adildik Zholy» Public Association. In his presentation, he emphasized that honest education is one of the key factors determining the future of the country, and he elaborated on issues of fairness, transparency, and responsibility in the education sector. The speaker also encouraged young people to adhere to the principles of integrity in all environments, to improve their legal literacy, and not to remain indifferent to negative phenomena in society.
During the meeting, Didar Smagulov provided concrete examples illustrating the negative impact of corruption on social development, the role of civic engagement in preventing it, as well as the importance of personal principles and moral values. His remarks generated strong interest among students and led to a substantive and lively discussion.
Faculty members of the Department of Practical Kazakh Language, along with students from the Faculty of Social Sciences and Journalism and the Faculty of History, actively participated in the event. Throughout the meeting, students asked questions and openly shared their opinions.
The event was concluded by Associate Professor of the Department of Practical Kazakh Language, Candidate of Philological Sciences S.E. Karibayeva, who noted that such meaningful meetings contribute significantly to enhancing students’ civic awareness and deepening their understanding of the values of integrity and fairness. The students gave positive feedback, highly evaluating the event and its overall organization.
