A Happy New Year 2026,

dear colleagues and students!

Rector's Office of The L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and I personally wish you all a Happy New Year 2026!

Since ancient times, the Kazakh people have expected good things from each new day and expressed their brightest dreams. In addition, it has become a tradition to summarize the results of the outgoing year. The year 2025 was full of significant events and became a success.

According to the QS world ranking, ENU has risen to 317th position. In the QS Asia 2025 regional ranking, the university ranked 65th and entered TOP 100 best universities in Asia.

One of the largest student dormitory complexes with 2,656 beds and a new dormitory with 282 beds were built at ENU, thanks to which the university fully provided its students with affordable accommodation.

In 2025, our scientists launched four innovative projects focused on product production. One of them is a pilot industrial site for the production of straw slabs in the city of Taiynsha.

One of the important events of the coming year will be the 30th anniversary of Eurasian National University’s founding history.

ENU’s high status is determined not only by achievements in education and science, but also by results in all spheres of the university life. To have such a high rank and achieve great success is the result of the work of the teaching staff and the entire team.
