
Guest Lecture within the Course “Judicial Power and Criminal Policy”





Within the framework of the course “Judicial Power and Criminal Policy” at the Faculty of Law of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, a guest lecture was organized by MD, LLM, PhD candidate of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Zhanel Begaliyeva.

Shakharbek Dinmukhammed Sultanuly, Master of Laws, Assistant to the Head of the Office of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Academic Focus of the Course
During the lecture, key aspects of the discipline were discussed, including the role of judicial power in the state system, principles of justice, interaction between branches of government, and practical dimensions of criminal policy. Particular attention was given to how legal norms are transformed into real governmental decisions and how public administration influences legal outcomes.
