Health Culture – the Foundation of Quality of Life                    

On 20 February 2026 , the Department of “ Transport Organization, Traffic and Vehicle Operation ” at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University hosted a special session for first-year students of the B095-11302-25-03 Logistics group. A specialist from the Department of Social and Civic Development, Nurzila Zhaksigalievna Mukhamedzhanova , delivered a lecture on “ Health Culture – the Foundation of Quality of Life. ”
The group’s curator, Albina Yermukhanova, also attended. Students were informed about preventive measures, the opportunities offered by the E-curator chatbot, types of social support, the importance of timely fluorographic examinations, as well as the procedure for uploading the 063 vaccination form into the Platonus system.
This informative session encouraged students to take greater responsibility for their health and emphasized the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle.
