Intellectual Competition “The Legacy of Myrzageldi Kemel: Thought, Horizon, Civilization”

As part of the 30th anniversary of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, on February 26, 2026, the Department of Management held an intellectual competition for students titled "The Legacy of Myrzageldi Kemel: Thought, Space, Civilization." The competition was organized based on the work and career of the statesman, public figure, and scholar Myrzageldi Kemel, including his works Alphabet of Virtue and Thinker. Students from all faculties and higher schools of the university, from 1st to 3rd year, participated in the competition, testing their knowledge and logical thinking. The competition was held in a team format. Each team consisted of 2–3 students, and mixed teams including students from different years also participated. Special guests included Myrzageldi Kemel's wife, Ms. Ziba, and his son, Bakytzhan Myrzageldiuly, who conveyed their best wishes to the participants. Additionally, the university administration offered support and warm words, in particular, Associate Professor Nurmanova Zh.K., Acting Director of ETZM Zhagiparova A.O., and the faculty of the Department of Management wished the students success and emphasized the importance of such events for the intellectual and personal development of youth. According to the results of the competition, 1st place was awarded to the team "Қаржыгер," 2nd place to "Өркениет парасаты," and 3rd place to the teams "Самға" and "Ой кемелдері." Teams with the best results were presented with special prizes from the university. The event positively contributed to increasing students’ cognitive activity, fostering interest in spiritual values, and developing their intellectual potential.
