Representatives of the Chinese Foreign Ministry expressed gratitude to the ENU Confucius Institute for popularization of the Chinese language and culture

This was stated during a visit to the Confucius Institute at the L.N. Gumilev ENU by members of the Advisory Committee on Public Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China.

As part of the delegation that arrived at the Confucius Institute of ENU, Deputy Chairman of the Chinese Public Diplomacy Association, member of the Advisory Committee on Public Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China Liu Biwei, Public Adviser of the Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan Wang Tao, Deputy Dean of the School of International Relations of the People's University of China Jin Canzhong, Professor of the School of International Relations of the People's University of China Wang Yiwei, During the meeting The Kazakh and Chinese sides of the Confucius Institute of the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University held a warm and friendly exchange of views.

Director of the ENU Confucius Institute from the Kazakh side Saule Koshanova acquainted the guests from China with the general situation.

Then the director of the Institute of the Chinese Side, Yang Lei, spoke about the main areas of work of the Confucius Institute and the relationship between the Confucius Institute and the Association of Public Diplomacy.
