Corporate “Motivation Day” Held at ENU for Faculty and Staff

As part of the university’s 30th anniversary celebrations, ENU hosted a corporate event titled “Motivation Day,” aimed at strengthening team spirit and increasing employee motivation.
The main goal of the event was to create an inspiring environment that supports both professional and personal development of university staff, as well as to enhance overall engagement within the team.
The Motivation Day program featured guest speakers, practice-oriented sessions, and an open dialogue platform where participants discussed current issues and gained new ideas for both professional and personal growth.
Invited experts delivered presentations during the event. Aigul Dungenina, Medical Director of the International Medical Center “Family Clinic” and a top-category therapist, presented on “Health Management in Higher Education: Preserving Employee Resources During Vitamin Deficiency Periods,” emphasizing the importance of maintaining physical and emotional well-being. Social and financial well-being aspects were also addressed.
A representative of the Continuing Education Teaching and Methodological Center introduced the topic “Astana Social Navigator: актуальные инструменты развития детского спорта и творчества - QOSYMSHA.KZ.” Aigerim Atabayeva, a representative of Otbasy Bank JSC, spoke on “Financial Instruments for Improving Housing Conditions.”
Special attention was given to fostering a positive corporate climate, developing a culture of mutual support, and strengthening the university’s core values.
It is worth noting that Motivation Day represents a new format of corporate events at the university. This initiative was implemented by the HR department for the first time and is planned to be held on a regular basis in the future.
Such events are an important part of the university’s strategy aimed at developing human capital and creating a modern and efficient working environment.
