How to counteract corruption in the university?

At ENU, with the support of the Anti-Corruption Department of Astana, an event was held on the theme "The main manifestations of corruption in the education system and ways to counteract it", at which the Deputy director of the Department of Jastar, head of the project office of "Adep" Yerkebulan Nugymanov shared his experience.

The purpose of the event is the prevention of corruption in educational institutions of the country, the eradication of illegal actions among the public.

As E.Nugymanov noted, the university has been conducting explanatory work with students about corruption at the university since the first days of training, students should understand what to do if they encounter this negative fact.

"The university pays great attention to anti-corruption policy. Starting from September 1, we hold meetings with first-year students, where we pay attention to the prevention of anti-corruption violations. The curators also systematically conduct conversations with students, especially with first-year students who have just entered the university, and conduct explanatory work," E.Nugymanov noted.

Volunteer Zhanarys Maksatuly told the students about the youth movement, whose main goal is to combat illegal actions taking place in society.
