On March 22, in celebration of Nauryz – the Great Day of the Nation, a curatorial hour was organized with 3rd-year students of the Department of Standardization, Certification, and Metrology. The main purpose of the event was to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the historical and cultural significance of Nauryz, promote national values, foster respect for traditions and customs, and encourage spiritual renewal.
During the curatorial hour, students received detailed information about the origins of the Nauryz holiday, its connection with ancient traditions, and its special role in the life of the Kazakh people. In addition, national customs and traditions such as “Nauryz kozhe,” and “Bata beru” were widely discussed.
Throughout the event, students actively participated, shared their thoughts, and presented interesting facts and educational information related to the holiday. They also performed musical pieces on traditional instruments such as the dombra and kobyz, contributing to a festive atmosphere.
The importance of preserving and passing on national values to future generations was especially emphasized during the session. Educational discussions were also held to strengthen mutual respect, unity, and friendship among students.
The event was organized at a high level, increased students’ interest, and created a festive mood. Such meaningful meetings contribute positively to the development of national identity and the spiritual growth of young people.
