The aim of the event was to foster students’ respect for national traditions and the cultural heritage of Kazakhstan, as well as to familiarize them with the history and features of the holidays Nauryz and Korisu Kuni. Students were provided with information about Nauryz as a symbol of the renewal of nature, the beginning of the new year, peace, and harmony. Special attention was given to traditional customs such as preparing Nauryz kozhe, organizing national games, setting up yurts, and holding festive celebrations. The students prepared presentations about the holiday Korisu Kuni (Amal), which is celebrated on March 14 and symbolizes the arrival of spring and the renewal of relationships among people. It was noted that on this day it is customary to greet one another, exchange kind wishes, show respect to elders, and care for loved ones. During the event, students shared their family traditions related to the celebration of Nauryz and Korisu Kuni and discussed the importance of these holidays in modern society. In the concluding part of the event, the results were summarized, and the importance of preserving and passing on national traditions to the younger generation was emphasized.
