ENU Strengthens Ties with Belarusian Universities

L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University hosted a delegation from Belarusian universities, including Grigory Petrishin, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of P.O. Sukhoi Gomel State Technical University, and Evgeny Ovchinnikov, Head of the Department of Architecture and Construction at Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno.

A working meeting was held at the Kazakhstan-Belarus Center for Scientific and Technical Cooperation with the university’s leadership, headed by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Ardak Beisenbay.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of joint educational programs, including dual degree initiatives, participation in international research projects, and the expansion of academic mobility for students and faculty.

Special attention was given to key areas such as construction, architecture, energy, and IT technologies.

Following the meeting, both sides expressed mutual interest in strengthening their partnership and outlined priority areas for future cooperation.
