Kazhymukan Ruslan presented a report titled "Alcohol in Politics: Between Control and Freedom," focusing on the state regulation of alcoholic beverages, social consequences, and the search for a balance between individual rights and the interests of the state.
Following the presentations, an active discussion took place, where participants asked questions, shared their opinions, and discussed prospects for further research. The meeting concluded with expressions of gratitude to the speakers for their contribution to the development of academic discussion and the highly informative nature of the materials presented.
