ENU delegation at the QS China Summit 2026 in China's Silicon Valley

A delegation from The L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University is taking part in one of the most significant educational events of the year, the QS China Summit 2026. These days, Shenzhen, which rightfully deserves the status of the "Silicon Valley of China," has become a global platform for discussing the transformation of higher education.
The summit, organized by the international rating agency Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), brought together more than 400 leaders of the global education system, leading experts, rectors of top universities and representatives of government agencies. ENU's participation underscores the university's commitment to a strategy of global positioning and strengthening academic reputation.
The summit's program focuses on the most pressing challenges of our time.
The main tracks of the discussions were:
Artificial intelligence in the academic environment: how generative models and neural networks are changing teaching methods and approaches to scientific research;
Internationalization 4.0: creating sustainable cross-border partnerships and promoting academic mobility in a changing world order;
Innovation ecosystem: the experience of Shenzhen as an example of an effective symbiosis of science, business and production, which universities can implement into their practice;
Challenges of modern society: the role of universities in solving global problems, from climate change to personnel training for the "knowledge economy".
For the ENU delegation, participation in the summit is not only an opportunity to share experiences with world experts, but also a practical step towards expanding cooperation with Chinese and international partners. The sessions discuss new ranking criteria and success metrics that will help the university integrate more effectively into the global educational space.
Participation in the QS China Summit 2026 will be an important stage in the preparation for the upcoming anniversary events of ENU and the implementation of new ambitious projects in the field of artificial intelligence and international cooperation.
