
Doctoral student of Turan University held a lecture for ENU students





As part of her research internship, Nurtaza Altynay, a second-year doctoral student in the educational program “8D04101 (6D050600) – Economics” at Turan University, conducted a session for second-year students on the topic “Diversification of Kazakhstan’s Economy: The Role of Development Institutions.”
During the session, key mechanisms for stimulating the non-resource sector, long-term lending instruments, and support for the export potential of domestic enterprises were examined.
Within the framework of her research, the doctoral student outlined theoretical approaches to the structural transformation of the economy and current directions of diversification under modern challenges.
Drawing on her experience at the Development Bank of Kazakhstan (DBK), she shared practical examples of financing large-scale investment projects and the role of development institutions in the structural transformation of the national economy.
