
ENU scientists are awarded high state awards

On the eve of the Day of Science Workers of Kazakhstan, a number of scientists from the Eurasian National University were awarded high state awards by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev for their great achievements in the field of science and significant contribution to the development of higher education in the country.
In particular, senior researcher Daryn Borgekov, Professor Yelbek Utepov and research teacher Dmitry Shlimas were awarded the Yeren Yenbegi Ushin medal (medal for Valiant Labor).
Senior researcher Kairat Kadyrzhanov became the holder of the honorary title "Kazakstannyn Yenbek Sinirgen Gylym zhane Technika Kairatkeri" (Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Kazakhstan).
Professor Kulyash Duissekova was awarded the Parasat Order.
The state awards are a clear recognition of the high contribution of scientists to the development of national science and the improvement of the education system.
