Guest lecture on health promotion and mental well-being held at ENU

At L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, an очередной guest lecture was held at the initiative of Ombudsperson Neli Shapekova, dedicated to the topic “Purification of the mental (subtle) body according to the methodology of O. Torsunov.”

The first lecture in the series focused on introducing the system of health improvement and examining key concepts, including human life goals (health, happiness, knowledge), the concept of the mental body, and factors affecting health, such as stress and excessive strain.

The lecture was delivered by Yuzan Taibergenov, Senior Lecturer at S. Seifullin Kazakh Agro Technical Research University. He has experience in yoga practice, marathon running, and studying the mentioned methodology.
