A practical course on natural rejuvenation was held at ENU for participants of the Silver University

The Institute of Continuing Education delivered the course “Face Fitness: Natural Rejuvenation” for learners of the Silver University.
The educational program was aimed at improving quality of life and promoting active longevity among older adults through the acquisition of modern, non-medical self-care practices.
The course was delivered by lecturer Tota Toktassynova, who introduced participants to evidence-based and safe methods for maintaining facial skin youthfulness and tone without injections or surgical interventions. The program was practice-oriented and included a set of exercises designed to strengthen facial muscles, improve blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, as well as develop daily facial care skills.
A distinctive feature of the course was the delivery of practical sessions at the «Aru massage» office, where comfortable conditions were created for the full освоение (mastering) of face fitness techniques. Participants were provided with specialized workspaces, including treatment couches and professional skincare products, which enabled them to practice in conditions close to real professional settings. Participants highly appreciated the course content, its practical value, and the professionalism of the instructor.
Nazira Abdullayeva noted: «Thank you to the Institute of Continuing Education for organizing training for the older generation. The knowledge gained about the effects of face fitness on facial muscles, as well as positive emotions and visible results, make this course especially valuable.»
According to Nagima Kysykova: «The practical orientation of the sessions, individual approach, and opportunity to work together with the lecturer and specialists allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of effective exercises for lifting and strengthening facial muscles.»
Ynta Zharmukhametova emphasized: «The warm and trusting atmosphere, attentive approach, and high-quality content of the course contributed not only to acquiring useful skills but also to improving overall well-being."
Upon completion of the course, participants mastered accessible and effective techniques of natural rejuvenation that can be successfully integrated into daily life.
The implementation of such educational initiatives reflects the strategic focus of the Institute of Continuing Education on creating conditions for accessible and high-quality lifelong learning. Work with Silver University learners contributes to the development of a culture of active longevity and strengthens intergenerational cooperation within the framework of the “Dialogue of Generations” project.
