Digital Leadership and AI: Executive MBA “Leadership 5.0” Defense Held at ENU

The L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University hosted the defense of the master's thesis of the students of the Executive MBA program "Leadership 5.0: Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence in Corporate Governance", implemented by the Institute of Continuing Education.

The program is aimed at developing the managerial competencies of a new generation and training leaders capable of ensuring the sustainable development of organizations in the digital economy and technological change.

As part of the defense, projects focused on solving priority tasks of public and corporate governance, including the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies, the development of digital business models and improving the effectiveness of data-based management decisions were presented.

The composition of the program's students reflects the high level of its demand: representatives of key government, quasi-government and corporate structures were trained, including the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, L.N. Gumilyov ENU, Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov, Tengizchevroil LLP, Samruk Business Academy, National Information Technologies JSC, LLP KMG PetroChem, as well as representatives of the business sector.

The Commission emphasized the high level of professional training of the trainees, their strategic thinking and the ability to implement complex management decisions in practice. A significant part of the submitted projects are applied in nature and are already being implemented in the activities of organizations.

The results of the defense confirm the strategic importance of the Executive MBA programs of the Institute of Continuing Education as a tool for the development of human capital, managerial transformation and the introduction of advanced technologies into the country's economy.
