On April 13, within the framework of the Day of Science Workers, the 21st International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists “ǴYLYM JÁNE BІLІM – 2026” was held, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. This annual traditional event serves as an important scientific platform that enhances the research potential of students and young scholars and provides an opportunity to present актуal research areas to a wider audience.
At the Department of Design and Engineering Graphics, the conference was organized in the form of sectional sessions in three areas:
11.5 Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Architectural Design
11.6 Digitalization in Graphic Design and AI-based Visual Solutions
11.7 Current Issues of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Education and Scientific Research
During the sectional sessions, students and master’s degree candidates of the educational programs “Design,” “Architectural Design,” and “Graphic Design” actively participated and presented their research work. In their presentations, participants clearly outlined the relevance, objectives, and tasks of their studies and successfully demonstrated their results.
In total, 94 applications were submitted to the conference, of which 47 scientific reports were presented. The sessions featured engaging discussions and meaningful academic debates. Participants whose works stood out for their relevance and practical significance were awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree diplomas, as well as certificates of appreciation.
The conference provided young researchers with valuable opportunities for professional growth, the realization of creative initiatives, and the exchange of scientific ideas. Such events contribute to the development of the scientific potential of future designers and architects and foster modern approaches that meet contemporary requirements.
