
On April 13, 2026, at 13:00, a scientific seminar on the topical theme “Smart Water Kazakhstan: from fragmented accounting to a geosystem of digital public administration” was held in Room 333 of the CISI building.









Within the framework of the seminar, modern approaches to the digitalization of water resources in the Republic of Kazakhstan were discussed, including the integration of fragmented accounting systems into a unified geoinformation platform, as well as the prospects for implementing “Smart” water management technologies under conditions of increasing water scarcity.
The speaker was Manira Amankeldiyevna Alagudzhaeva - Acting Associate Professor, PhD, a specialist in hydrology and digital management of natural resources.
Participants of the seminar became acquainted with the research findings and practical recommendations, asked questions of interest, and actively participated in discussions on the future development of water management in Kazakhstan.
