Prevention of Religious Extremism Discussed at ENU

On April 16, 2026, the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University hosted a round table titled "Prevention of Religious Extremism and Terrorism." The event aimed to educate students on the dangers of extremism and explore effective prevention strategies.

The guest speaker, Bizhigit Koishiev, Advisor to the Supreme Mufti of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan, discussed the correct understanding of religious principles and the distinctions between faith and destructive movements. Students from the "Digital Media Management-11" group actively participated in the session, engaging in a productive exchange of views.
