Museum and Theater Tours

On April 11 and 16, 2026, A. Kadyskyzy and A.K. Mutali, senior lecturers of Foreign Languages Department, Facuty of International Relations, organized museum and theatre tours for first-year students majoring in Oriental Studies (Sh-11) and Judicial and public prosecutor's and investigative and criminalistic activity (SPD-11). The events began with a visit to the Kalibek Kuanishbayev Kazakh National Music and Drama Theatre, where participants watched the play "The Sins of Sholpan", then continued with visits to the memorial "Kultegin" and the "History of Writing" museum at our L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. The purpose of the educational events "Museum and Theater Tours" is to enhance students' respect for their mother tongue and history. Visiting museums or theatres can cultivate patriotism, cultural literacy, and respect for national history among students, helping them understand that learning about their country's history is not only the responsibility of every citizen but also a responsibility to love and respect their country. These activities aim to awaken students’ patriotism towards their motherland and nation.
