Triumph of ENU's Future Political Scientists: Victory at the Republican Olympiad in Karaganda

On April 25-26, 2026, the II stage of the 18th Republican Subject Olympiad among students of the "Political Science" educational program was held at the Karaganda National Research University named after academician E.A. Buketov. The Olympiad served as a significant platform for stimulating the educational and research activities of students, while identifying and supporting talented youth.

The L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University was honorably represented by a team of 1st and 2nd-year students majoring in 6B03106 – "Political Science". The team members included Mukatai Meyirlan, Meyirkul Ayazhan, Iles Balausa, Zhetpisbaev Sattar, Atakul Erasyl, and Bolat Nurmukhammed.

The Olympiad program featured several intensive rounds that demanded not only deep theoretical knowledge but also a creative approach. The participants competed in a team presentation ("business card"), a video contest on the theme "The Political Scientist and Modern Society," an intellectual brain-ring, and a public speaking competition.

Following a highly competitive event, ENU students demonstrated a superior level of preparation, securing 2nd and 3rd place overall. The winners were officially awarded 2nd and 3rd degree diplomas, certificates, and a championship cup. We sincerely congratulate our winners, moving only forward!
