An online meeting of representatives of ENU and AGUPRT was held

On April 28, 2026, the Department of International Law and the Department of International Cooperation of the L.N. Gumilyov ENU and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan (AGUPRT) held an online meeting during which they discussed existing joint projects and prospects for bilateral cooperation.

The event was attended by the Head of the Department of International Relations, Aminjonzoda Golib Jovidon, Head of the Department of International Cooperation Zarrina Sultanzade, Head of the Department of International Law, PhD, Abdukholikzoda Akmal Mahmadi.

The Deputy Department of International Cooperation, coordinator of dual degree programs, Ermek Komekbayev, Head of the Department of International Law, PhD, Rosa Dzharasovna Akshalova, Senior lecturer of the Department of International Law, PhD, B.S. Karazhan were present from ENU

. The main attention was paid to issues of academic exchange, the implementation of a joint educational program and the organization of the educational process for students of the dual degree program.

The parties expressed interest in developing partnership, emphasizing the importance of strengthening international relations in the field of higher education. Following the meeting, the participants agreed to continue the dialogue and work out specific areas of cooperation that will contribute to improving the quality of education and developing the scientific potential of both organizations.
