The ENU Inclusive Support Center held the Equal Opportunities Job Fair

At the initiative of the Center for Inclusive Support, the “Equal Opportunities” job fair for graduates with special educational needs was held at the Career Center of Astana.
Representatives of various organizations and employers participated in the fair, presenting current job vacancies, internship programs, and opportunities for professional growth. Participants had the opportunity to communicate directly with employers and receive information about candidate requirements, working conditions, and career development prospects. In addition, graduates were provided with detailed information about the “Youth Practice” program aimed at promoting employment and helping young people gain their first professional experience.
The purpose of the event was to create equal employment opportunities for young people with special educational needs, support their social adaptation, and facilitate their successful integration into the labor market.
During the meeting, specialists from the Career Center conducted consultations on job interview preparation and professional career development. Participants emphasized the importance of such initiatives in promoting an inclusive society and increasing youth employment.
The “Equal Opportunities” job fair became an important step toward creating an accessible and supportive environment in which every young specialist, regardless of health conditions or individual characteristics, can realize their potential.
