
The Department of Psychology held an introductory conference for third-year students on professional internship

On May 18, third-year students began their industrial (psychodiagnostic) internship, which will run through June 20.
The purpose of the industrial (psychodiagnostic) internship is to consolidate professional competencies and acquire practical skills and experience in psychodiagnostic work.
The main objectives of the industrial (psychodiagnostic) internship are:
- learning psychodiagnostic methods conducted by an organizational psychologist and interpreting the results;
- mastering the ability to independently select psychodiagnostic methods depending on the client's problem and needs;
- developing a role as a psychologist while adhering to ethical principles when conducting psychodiagnostics.
During the internship, students must comply with the relevant requirements set forth in university, department, and internship database documents, including completing a work schedule and maintaining a diary. In this regard, the person responsible for the internship at the department, senior lecturer, candidate in Sociology sciences, is responsible for the internship.
