A visiting foreign professor gave a lecture on international humanitarian law

From April 24 to April 27, 2026, Mustafa Tuncher, PhD, a visiting foreign professor at the Department of International Law, Associate Professor at the Department of Strategy and Security at the Naval College of the National Defense University of Turkey, conducted online lectures on international humanitarian law.

The audience, represented by students and teachers, showed great interest in the topic of the lecture. Each meeting was accompanied by a lively discussion, an active exchange of opinions, questions and answers. The lecturer, in turn, expressed interest in further developing cooperation with our university.
