ENU Lecturer Presented a Paper at Osh State University Round Table

On May 21, 2026, an international online round table entitled “Social Education as an Element of International Integration in the Era of Digitalization” was held at Osh State University on the initiative of the Department of European and American Integration of the Higher School of International Educational Programs. The international academic event brought together professors and researchers from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Spain. Among the participants was Roza Khassenova, PhD, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty of International Relations at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. The round table addressed current issues related to digital transformation in education, the development of inclusive educational environments, international academic cooperation, and the implementation of innovative educational technologies in the learning process. During the event, Roza Khassenova delivered a presentation entitled “Semiotic Aspects of Educational Communication in the Context of Digitalization and Inclusive Education.” The presentation explored contemporary semiotic approaches to educational communication, issues of meaning-making and interpretation in digital learning environments, as well as the features of multimodal and inclusive communication in the context of educational digitalization. Participation in the international online round table contributed to the development of academic dialogue, strengthening international academic cooperation, and the exchange of scholarly experience among researchers and educators from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Spain.
