Final-year students of L.N. Gumilyov ENU underwent a competency assessment to participate in the «Keleshek Mektepteri» project

The National Center for Professional Development “Orleu” of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues implementing initiatives aimed at the selection and professional support of young teachers within the framework of the national project “Keleshek Mektepteri”.
The latest stage of testing involved 64 final-year students of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University enrolled in bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in “Kazakh Language and Literature” and “Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages”.
The assessment evaluates participants’ subject-specific competencies as well as their social and emotional skills. Based on the results, each participant receives a professional profile that enables school principals to assess the potential of young specialists, organize their adaptation process effectively, and define their further professional development trajectory.
The results will be published on the career.orleu.edu.kz platform — a modern digital system designed for the transparent and effective selection of teaching personnel. The platform is accessible to principals of schools participating in the “Keleshek Mektepteri” project and allows them to select specialists based on regional demand, subject area, and candidates’ level of professional training.
