ENU Admissions Committee opened its doors to applicants

The L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University has started its admissions committee. Applicants can apply for 87 bachelor's degree programs, 120 Master's degree programs, and 61 doctoral degree programs, as well as receive admission advice.

The opening ceremony of the admissions committee was attended by ENU Rector Yerlan Sydykov, vice-rectors, heads of university departments, representatives of the admissions committee and university staff.

Yerlan Sydykov noted that the university maintains high requirements for the quality of training of applicants.

"Despite the increase in the threshold score, the number of applicants to our university is growing every year. Last year, ENU enrolled about 7,000 students, including about 6,000 holders of educational grants. This proves the trust of applicants and their parents, as well as the improvement of the quality of education and the relevance of our educational programs," Rector emphasized.

The L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University offers a wide range of educational programs in the fields of pedagogy, journalism, social and natural sciences, business, law, information and communication technologies, engineering, architecture and construction.

Lyazzat Yegeubayeva, Head of the Career Guidance Office and Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee, spoke about the innovations of this year's admission campaign aimed at simplifying the admission procedure and improving the convenience for applicants.

In the new academic year, the university is launching two new master's degree programs: "7M07125 – Lighting Engineering" and "7M06310 – Digital Forensics".

In addition, digital solutions aimed at simplifying the admission procedure have been introduced into the admission campaign. Since last year, applicants can sign an agreement on the provision of educational services in electronic format through the Platonus system. This year, the contract will be signed using a QR code through the eGov Mobile mobile application.

Graduates of ENU Higher College have also gained new opportunities. Now they can continue their studies at the university under the shortened bachelor's degree programs and get higher education in 3 years. The courses "Accounting and Auditing", "Computer Engineering and Software" and "Industrial and Civil Engineering" are available for admission.

It is worth noting that this year the passing score for admission to ENU varies from 90 to 127 points, depending on the educational program.

Applications for creative exams will be accepted on June 20, which will last until July 7 for applicants to the grant and until August 10 for applicants to paid education. Applications for Master's degree creative exams are accepted from June 1 to July 8.

Applicants for an educational grant will take creative exams from July 8 to July 15, and applicants for paid tuition – from August 11 to August 15.

Acceptance of documents for participation in the competition for the award of educational grants for applicants to bachelor's degree programs will be carried out from July 13 to July 20, for applicants to master's degree programs – from August 12 to August 18. The results of the competition for the award of educational grants will be published from August 1 to August 10.

Enrollment in bachelor's degree programs will take place from August 10 to August 25, and in Master's and doctoral programs from August 10 to August 28.

Admission of foreign citizens for paid tuition will last from June 15 to July 25. After submitting the documents, they will need to be interviewed between July 14th and 26th.
