ENU’s Cyber Saqshy Team Showcased Its Developments at the SHAIQAS 2026 Final

The Cyber Saqshy team of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University participated in the final of SHAIQAS 2026, Kazakhstan’s first national military engineering championship. The final competition took place at the Amandyk training ground in the Akmola Region.
Cyber Saqshy successfully completed the qualifying stage and advanced to the final alongside 16 other teams representing universities, engineering schools, technology organizations and national security agencies across Kazakhstan.
The championship featured four areas: unmanned aerial systems, ground robotics, cybersecurity and tactical training. Participants completed practical tasks under field conditions, demonstrating their technical expertise, engineering systems operation skills, rapid decision-making and effective teamwork.
Participation in the final allowed ENU representatives to test their competencies and technical solutions under real-world engineering conditions, exchange experience with leading teams from across the country and identify opportunities for further development of their projects.
Participation in SHAIQAS 2026 marked an important step in strengthening practical student training at ENU in cybersecurity, robotics and unmanned technologies. The Cyber Saqshy team was awarded a certificate recognizing its status as a finalist of the national engineering championship.
