The Institute of Natural Sciences of ENU and the National Energy Conservation Center Signed a Memorandum of Cooperation

On August 14, 2026, the Institute of Natural Sciences of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and the National Energy Conservation Center JSC signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at developing interaction in the fields of science, education and the practical training of specialists.

The signed document provides for the exchange of experience and information, cooperation in the training of personnel, the organisation of professional practice and internships for students, and assistance with the subsequent employment of the Institute's graduates. Particular attention is given to the implementation of joint scientific and educational programmes, the holding of conferences, seminars and other events, and the development of joint research projects.

The cooperation is important for strengthening the practice-oriented character of the educational programmes of the Institute of Natural Sciences. The National Energy Conservation Center will become one of the professional venues where students can consolidate the knowledge they have acquired, become familiar with current industry tasks and gain the necessary professional competencies.

An equally significant area will be the integration of modern scientific approaches, practical experience and new developments of the Center's specialists into the educational process at ENU. Such interaction will make it possible to update the content of the educational programmes in a timely manner, taking into account the needs of the economy and the environmental agenda of the country.

The implementation of the Memorandum will be an important step in strengthening the «university – science – industry» link, improving the quality of training of competitive specialists and expanding the opportunities for professional development and employment of the graduates of the Institute of Natural Sciences.
