ENU Staff Participate in ASIIN International Professional Development Program

A group of 19 ENU faculty and administrative staff members are participating in a professional development program "International Quality Assurance Systems."

The program is organized by ASIIN Consult GmbH. It aims to deepen knowledge and develop practical competencies regarding international education quality assurance systems, explore modern approaches to evaluating educational program quality, and familiarize participants with international accreditation practices. The training began with an online session from September 7-9, with in-person training scheduled for September 14-19, 2026, in Düsseldorf, Germany.

On September 11, a meeting took place between Member of the Management Board – Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Ardak Beisenbay and the course participants to discuss the program's goals and objectives. A.Beisenbay highlighted the importance of staff participation, noting that the training would contribute to the further development of the university's internal quality assurance system, the enhancement of educational programs, and the implementation of international approaches and best practices in higher education quality.

During the meeting, participants discussed organizational aspects, the program's content and key focus areas, and matters related to international professional development in the field of higher education quality assurance.

Conducting such training is a key element of ENU’s systematic efforts to foster a quality culture and strengthen staff professional competencies in alignment with modern international standards.
