
From Adaptation to Success: How to Fit Into Student Life

On September 10, 2026, a curatorial hour was held for 1styear students with the participation of A.T. Zhakyanova, aninvited psychologist and consultant at the ENU PsychologicalSupport Center .
The event was organized for students in groups B-12 and B-14in order to provide psychological support, develop self-regulation skills and prevent emotional burnout during theirstudies. During the curatorial hour, the participants discussed: Methods of dealing with stress during the session and peaktraining loads. Ways to recognize the first signs of depressionand burnout. Time management techniques that help maintain a balance between study and personal life. The speaker conductedpractical interactive exercises with the audience and answeredpersonal questions from the students. The psychologistemphasized that the ability to notice fatigue in time and seekhelp is a sign of maturity, not weakness. The last curatorial hourshowed the high demand for psychological support amongyoung people. The organizers emphasized that such meetingsnot only help to cope with the current stress, but also create a safe, trusting environment in the educational institution, whereevery student can openly talk about their mental difficulties andreceive qualified help in a timely manner.
