ENU Presents a Digital Mechanism for Processing Internship Documents Online Meeting Held on the Smart Information System Module for Practice Documentation

The Career and Business Partnership Department organized an online meeting via Microsoft Teams dedicated to the procedures for completing practice-related documents in the Smart information system.

The main purpose of the meeting was to introduce participants to the functionality of new modules in the Smart system, which enable practice-related documents to be processed electronically, and to explain the procedures for using these modules.

During the meeting, Sabina Abdиеva, Business Analyst-Tester of the Digital Development Department, introduced participants to the main stages of working with the system. In particular, the following procedures were demonstrated:

• creating a practice payment agreement for school teachers;
• preparing additional agreements;
• submitting an act of completed work.

The participants were also provided with explanations regarding the specific features of processing documents through the system and ways to effectively organize electronic document management related to practice.

The online format of the event provided participants with an opportunity to gain practical knowledge of the Smart information system and helped simplify the process of preparing and processing practice-related documents.
