Meeting of students of the educational program "History" with a psychologist of the Center for Psychological Support

On September 16, 2026, at the Faculty of History, a meeting of students of the group B034-2203-26-02 "History-12" with the psychologist of the Center for Psychological Support Baimukhanova Aizhan Zhakypkyzy took place.

The event was attended by Deputy Dean for Work with Students Erdenbekova Zhanar Seitkalievna and curator of the group Kabyltayeva Samal Kazizovna.

During the meeting, Aizhan Zhakypkyzy introduced students to the activities of the Center for Psychological Support, spoke about its main goals and directions of work, as well as the possibilities of obtaining psychological assistance and individual consultations.

Particular attention was paid to the issues of adaptation of students to the educational process and the university environment. Students shared their impressions and talked about how they adapt to new learning conditions, emerging issues and difficulties. Aizhan Zhakypkyzy stressed that if difficulties arise, students can always contact the Center for Psychological Support for individual advice.

Psychological assistance can be provided on issues related to:

* overcoming stress and anxiety;

* adaptation to study and university environment;

* relationship difficulties;

* burnout;

* low self-esteem;

* crisis situations;

* personal development.

The meeting was held in an open and trusting atmosphere. Such events help students better adapt to university life, seek professional support in a timely manner and take care of their emotional well-being.
