Key Tasks for Organizing the Educational Process in the New Academic Year Have Been Identified

At the beginning of the new academic year, Ardak Beisenbay, Member of the Management Board and Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, held a working meeting with directors of institutes and schools, faculty deans, heads of departments, and representatives of the University’s administrative units.

The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss current issues and challenges arising during the first weeks of the academic year and to develop prompt solutions aimed at ensuring a stable and effective educational process.

During the meeting, participants addressed matters related to the organization of classes, allocation of teaching workloads, class scheduling, cooperation between the University’s structural units, and academic support.

Particular attention was paid to matters requiring prompt action at the level of institutes, schools, faculties, and departments. The heads of the respective units shared their practical experience, outlined the challenges they had encountered, and proposed possible solutions.

Following the meeting, the main priorities for further work were identified, and relevant tasks were assigned to the University’s structural units. The importance of effective cooperation and timely responses to emerging issues was emphasized as essential to ensuring a high-quality and uninterrupted educational process.
