Freshmen Adaptation: Students of the Department of Political Science Meet with an ENU Psychologist

On September 24, 2026, first-year students of the Department of Political Science (Group S-13) at the Faculty of International Relations met with A.T. Zhekyanova, a psychologist from the Psychological Support Center of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (ENU).

The primary goal of the event was to foster a supportive socio-psychological environment, preserve students' mental well-being, and encourage their personal development.

During the session, the specialist covered several key topics:

Successful adaptation to the university academic process;

Methods for maintaining emotional stability;

Psychological well-being and building healthy interpersonal relationships.

The meeting was held in an open and interactive format. Students actively engaged in the discussion, shared their perspectives, asked questions, and received professional advice.
