
Teaching Staff and Students of the Faculty of Law Took Part in an International Scientific and Practical Conference

The International Scientific and Practical Conference “Baisalov Readings – 2026” was held in Taraz on 1–2 October 2026. The conference was organised by Dulaty Taraz University.
The following teaching staff participated:
- Yerkebulan Yerkinuly Nugymanov, Candidate of Legal Sciences, presented “The Constitutional and Legal Foundations of Land Relations”.
- Sabigul Zhanabaykyzy Bekisheva, Doctor of Law, presented “Legal Liability for Land and Environmental Offences”.

- Gulim Kozhakhmetovna Otynshieva, a third-year doctoral student, presented “The Development of Legal Relations Concerning Land in the Republic of Kazakhstan: Challenges and Prospects in the Context of an Evolving Legal Framework”.
