Results of the Research Paper Competition for Young Scholars

The International Scientific and Practical Conference “Baisalov Readings – 2026” was held in Taraz on 1–2 October 2026. The conference was organised by M. Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.

A research paper competition for young scholars was held as part of the conference. The following students from the Faculty of Law received awards:

First Prize Diploma:

- Akerke Fayzullakyzy Yagmusova, a third-year doctoral student, for her paper “Digital Management of Agricultural Land in the Republic of Kazakhstan: Remote Monitoring, Legal Assessment of Digital Data and Judicial Protection of Land Users”.

 Academic supervisor: Indira Sovetovna Saktaganova, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Professor.

Third Prize Diplomas:

- Nazerke Yerlankyzy Kyrgyzbay, a first-year doctoral student, for her paper “Legal Regulation of Digitalisation, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Innovation in Land Relations”.

  Academic supervisor: Indira Sovetovna Saktaganova, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Professor.

- Karina Mukhtarkyzy Faizieva, a fourth-year undergraduate student, for her paper “Legal Mechanisms for Preventing Land Degradation in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Context of Sustainable Development”.
