Faculty Day in the library

The information event "Faculty Day in the Library" was conducted in the scientific library from November 6 to 10. It was attended by more than 500 teachers and scientists from all faculties.

The program was organized and prepared with the purpose of acquaintance of teachers-scientists of university with information resources of library and their possibilities, structure, and also services of support of scientific researches, with a database of scientists " The works of the teaching staff of the ENU " and a map of book supply.

Scientific researchers were given recommendations on the use of databases, integration of author profiles of university scientists and researchers, improvement of their academic skills, search and selection of journals for the publication of scientific articles.

A tour of the library was conducted for the participants of the event. The staff of the American Corner and Maker Space told about the full-text database eLibrary USA, discussion clubs, workshops, courses to improve speaking skills in English, as well as introduced the work of the technical laboratory Maker Space. 

Subject librarians assigned to each faculty organized a book exhibition of new incoming literature.
