Curatorial Hour on «Taza Qazaqstan» Held at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University

On October 20, a curatorial hour on the topic «Taza Qazaqstan» (Clean Kazakhstan) was held at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University for fourth-year students of the Department of Political Science (B040-3106-23-01), Faculty of International Relations.

The main objective of the event was to promote environmental awareness among young people, strengthen their sense of responsibility for environmental protection, and draw attention to the nationwide environmental initiative «Taza Qazaqstan».

During the curatorial hour, students were introduced to the key areas of the environmental initiative, discussed current environmental challenges in Kazakhstan, and explored the role of every citizen in maintaining a clean and healthy environment.

To encourage student engagement and active participation, interactive games, an environmental quiz, and discussions of interesting environmental facts were organized. Participants actively answered questions, shared their opinions, and proposed their own ideas for improving the environmental situation.

At the conclusion of the event, students emphasized the importance of respecting nature, developing environmentally responsible behavior, and making a personal contribution to maintaining a clean environment.

«A Clean Kazakhstan Starts with Each of Us! » became the central message of the curatorial hour.

The event was conducted by second-year master's students of the Ethnopolitical Studies program, Zhanna Abduali and Aizhan Shaimergenova.
