The advanced training course on the use of artificial intelligence in cryptology has been successfully completed.

From October 5 to October 25, 2026, the Institute of Continuing Education organized  the advanced training course "Using artificial Intelligence in cryptology" for employees of the Kazkosmos Research Center of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The course was conducted on the basis of the Department of Cryptology of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics by the head of the Department, Candidate of Technical Sciences Tanirbergenov A.Zh.

During the course, the participants got acquainted with the ways of using machine learning algorithms in the analysis of cryptographic data. The possibilities of neural networks, automation of cryptanalysis processes, intelligent analysis of information security events and identification of cyber threats were also considered.

The course participants gained fundamental knowledge in the field of modern cryptology and acquired practical skills in applying cryptanalysis methods using artificial intelligence. As a result of the course6 the participants deepened their knowledge of the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the field of cryptology and information security, and improved their practical skills in using modern artificial intelligence tools in their professional activities. At the end of the course, the participants received certificates of the established standard.
