During his address, the Head of State outlined the country's key development priorities amid global instability and a new stage of political transformation. Particular attention was given to implementing the provisions of the new Constitution, improving the public administration system, strengthening the principles of justice and the rule of law, and enhancing the well-being of the population.
Of particular interest to future political scientists were issues related to the implementation of the new Constitution, the strengthening of justice and the rule of law, the role of civil society, and Kazakhstan's position in a changing international environment. The President also addressed education, science, social policy, and the development of a new civic culture.
