• Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Ethnic Kazakhs who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Foreign citizens.

Admission is based on interview results:

• Under the state educational grant*;
• On a tuition-paying basis**.

* According to Article 8, Paragraph 2 of the Law "On Education," state educational grants are provided free of charge if pursued for the first time.

** Tuition-based admission is also conducted through a competitive selection process. Tuition fees and terms are determined by legal regulations and the service agreement.

Students enrolled on a state grant receive a monthly scholarship throughout the 9-month program.

For citizens of Kazakhstan:

1. Application form (electronic or paper);
2. ID (electronic copy or paper version);
3. Educational certificate and transcript (electronic or paper);
4. Medical certificate form 075/U (approved by Order No. ҚР ДСМ-175/2020 of the Acting Minister of Health dated October 30, 2020).

For ethnic Kazakhs who are not citizens and foreign citizens:

1. Application form (electronic or paper);
2. Notarized translation of ID into Kazakh or Russian (electronic or paper);
3. Educational certificate with notarized translation (if fully in a foreign language), including seal;
4. Medical certificate for studying abroad issued by an official health body, or form 075/U;
5. Documents confirming Kazakh ethnicity (for ethnic Kazakhs only).

Interview questions for foreigners

1. The applicant must ensure a stable internet connection and prepare a suitable workspace in advance, prior to the start of the interview.
2. The applicant will be admitted to the interview upon presenting a valid identification document and a registration notice or receipt confirming submission of documents.
3. The interview is conducted under video and audio recording. Members of the Commission monitor the applicant via webcam throughout the interview.
4. During the interview, the applicant must remain within the webcam’s field of view at all times, refrain from distractions, and must not mute or lower the volume of the microphone.
5. The applicant must answer questions independently.
6. The presence of other individuals near the applicant during the interview is strictly prohibited.
7. It is forbidden to possess any communication devices, photo, audio or video equipment, reference materials, written notes, or any other means of storing or transmitting information.
8. In the event of poor internet connection or absence of audio and video response from the applicant, the Commission Secretary shall draw up a “Statement of Early Termination of the Interview.” In such cases, the applicant will be allowed to retake the interview no later than September 15.
9. If the applicant’s answers are evaluated as unsatisfactory, retaking the interview (retake or appeal) is not permitted.

The applicant may be disqualified or denied participation in the interview in the following cases:

• The applicant’s appearance does not match the photo in the identification document;
• The applicant violates the requirements set forth in the Procedure for the Competitive Selection Process.

Tuition fees for Foundation Department students approved by order of the Chairman of the Board-Rector on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Education» in accordance with the tariffs for paid educational services approved by the Company for the relevant academic year.

Payment for tuition is made in accordance with the agreement on the provision of educational services concluded between the Society and the student, or other representatives of the student.

To draw up an agreement for the provision of educational services, it is necessary:

- presence of the listener or his representative with a copy of an identity document;

- availability of a receipt for payment of educational services.

Enrollment dates September 25-28

Applicants who score the highest number of points based on the interview results are admitted to the Foundation Department under the state educational order (grant).

Admission of students on a paid basis is carried out after the conclusion of an educational services agreement and payment of tuition fees to the university, in accordance with the competitive selection results protocol (the minimum passing score must be at least 50).

Students admitted to the Foundation Department are required to submit a complete set of documents before the start of the academic year.

• Application addressed to the Rector;
• A copy of the identity document and a notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian;
• Original education certificate and its supplement, along with a notarized translation including translation of stamps/seals (if the document is entirely in a foreign language);
• Medical certificate in Form 075/U with fluorography, approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. ҚР ДСМ-175/2020 “On Approval of Medical Record Forms in the Field of Healthcare”;
• Medical insurance policy (copy);
• Documents confirming Kazakh ethnicity (for individuals of Kazakh ethnicity who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan);
• Applicants with disabilities of group I or II, as well as persons with childhood disabilities, must provide a medical certificate confirming the absence of contraindications for studying in the Foundation Department;
• Two photos, size 3x4 cm;
• One paper file binder;
• One paper envelope (size 15x21 cm);
• Fifteen plastic document sleeves.

October 1 – June 30 (9 months)

Permission for dormitory move-in is granted after enrollment order (from September 29).

• Passport (original + copy);
• 6 photos (3×4 cm);
• Medical certificate 075/U with fluorography;
• Medical insurance;
• Proof of payment;
• 1 folder with fasteners.

Note:

• Dormitory fee must be paid in advance under the student’s name, with the original receipt presented.
• Parents are not allowed in the dormitory.
• Students must bring their own dishes and personal hygiene items.
• Bedding is provided by the dormitory.
• Use of personal electrical appliances is strictly prohibited.

For the period of study, students enrolled under a state educational order (grant) are awarded a scholarship.
