List of documents for registration for the creative exam

Applicants who take creative exams submit the following documents to the University admissions committee:

-   application addressed to the head of the university;

-   document on higher education (original);

-   a copy of the identity document;

-   CT certificate;

-   a medical certificate in the form 075/y in electronic format, approved by Order № HM of RK DSM-175/2020;

-   certificate confirming proficiency in a foreign language (if available);

-   a document confirming employment (for persons with work experience);

-   list of scientific and methodological works (if any);

-   1 folder, 3 files.

Note:

• Electronic copies of documents (pdf) are required for registration
• It is mandatory to have an electronic digital signature (EDS) with you
