9. documents confirming the predominant law/quota/benefit (for the owners of the state grant) + электрондық нұсқа (pdf);
10. documents confirming the preferential right/quota/privilege + electronic version (pdf);
11. medical certificate in form 075/y (original) + electronic version (pdf);
12. photograph of fluorography (copy) + electronic version (pdf);
13. Form 063 vaccination passport (copy);
14. EDS (electronic digital signature) of the applicant (over 18 years old) or legal representative;
