DOUBLE-DEGREE EDUCATION UNDER INTERUNIVERSITY AGREEMENTS
Under interuniversity agreements, students may study at both the partner university and ENU on either a tuition-paying or tuition-free basis.

DOUBLE-DEGREE EDUCATION WITHIN THE CIS NETWORK UNIVERSITY AND THE UNIVERSITY OF THE SHANGHAI COOPERATION ORGANIZATION
Under the CIS Network University (CIS NU) and the University of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (USCO), students admitted to ENU master's degree programs may study tuition-free at a partner university after registering on the portal and obtaining a quota from Rossotrudnichestvo. International students must obtain a quota from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

DOUBLE-DEGREE EDUCATION UNDER THE INTERNATIONAL ABAI-VERNE PROGRAM
The Abai-Verne Scholarship Program is a joint program of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic.
Under this program, scholarships are awarded through a competitive selection process with no restrictions on the choice of field of study.
